01 . The Challenge

Ensurity needed a consistent and scalable way to capture real-world success stories across multiple business units, including Law Enforcement, Retail, and Organised Retail Crime.

Insights from the field were valuable but scattered, making it difficult to turn them into credible, structured case studies that could support marketing, sales, and stakeholder trust.

02 . The Solution

Flint designed a fully branded Typeform aligned to Ensurity’s CI, with dynamic branching tailored to each specialised solution area . This ensured respondents received relevant, context-specific questions based on their role or industry. The form also included consent options, allowing contributors to remain anonymous or approve the use of their name and company. All responses were automatically centralised into Google Sheets, creating a streamlined workflow for the copywriter to convert submissions into polished, ready-to-use case studies.

03 . The Result

Ensurity now has a repeatable and efficient system for generating high-quality case studies at scale. The content clearly demonstrates how their GPS tracking and intelligence solutions enable the recovery of stolen goods and support law enforcement in building cases against organised retail crime networks. These case studies are now actively used in monthly newsletters and will be rolled out across the website, strengthening credibility, storytelling, and proof of impact across all audience segments.
